The Company is a special purpose vehicle incorporated as a S.à r.l (private limited liability company) under the laws of Luxembourg on 14 June 2021 for the purpose of issuing series of secured notes and/or debt instruments, in one or more tranches. The Company, registered with the RCS under number B.256.015, is an unregulated securitisation undertaking subject to the Luxembourg law of 22 March 2004 on securitisation, as amended, and is not supervised by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier.
